Pre booking consultation, full styling direction, including mood board and product sourcing, custom digital stationery and signage, budget planning support, comprehensive planning checklist, guest management assistance, master event timeline, custom floor plan, and on-site setup on event day.
Client is responsible for all décor and rental costs.
Additional hours or increased design complexity may impact final pricing.
The Final Fling Edit Includes
Pre-booking consultation, full styling direction, including mood board and product sourcing, custom digital stationery and signage, budget planning guidance, planning checklist, guest management support, master event timeline, on-site setup on event day, and custom floor plan for setup if location is outside service range.
Client is responsible for all décor and rental costs.

The Wedding Day Edit Includes
Pre-event consultation, 1-hour ceremony rehearsal coordination, final vendor confirmations, comprehensive wedding day timeline, vendor management and point of contact starting 1 week out, 10 hours of on-site coordination, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception oversight, setup supervision for personal décor, breakdown coordination at end of event, and on-site problem solving and timeline management.
Additional hours may be added based on event needs.

The Final Months Edit Includes
Pre booking consultation, kick-off consultation at two months out, weekly 30-minute check-in calls for up to 8 weeks, vendor communication and coordination leading up to the event, contract and logistics review, timeline development and management, final vendor confirmations, ceremony rehearsal coordination, 10 hours of wedding day on-site coordination, setup supervision for personal décor, breakdown coordination at end of event, vendor point of contact on wedding day, and on-site problem solving and timeline execution.

As your wedding approaches, we refine every detail. We finalize timelines, confirm vendors, review logistics, and ensure all moving pieces align. We step in fully as the main point of contact, allowing you to shift your focus from planning to celebrating.

On your wedding day, we oversee every element from setup through breakdown. We manage vendors, guide the timeline, troubleshoot behind the scenes, and ensure your vision comes to life seamlessly — so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment.
